Autumn gives all of us endless possibilities of capturing a gorgeous colored nature, and forests are, in my opinion, a must capture photo in autumn.
I like the colors and the atmosphere they create (although I'd normally say the photo is overexposed, but in the context of your photo is ok, a bit at the limit, but does not disturb the viewer, makes it feel part of the image).
What I like most, and what made me write this critique, is that the waterfall is not the main subject. You wanted to show the viewer not only a waterfall, but a rusting forest's beauty and a waterfall.
The tree that is in the middle of the photo makes the viewer think that there are two different images put together to create a panoramic view - the angle of your shot gives you a good perspective over the waterfall and the fog, which I presume you wanted equally shown to us, but I would have changed a bit that angle in order to avoid this 'separation' of moments.
Keep up the good work and good light!
